- The school fee must be paid on or before 15th of each month in advance.
- Defaulters will be charged Late Fine of Rs. 20/- month and Rs. 10/- for every subsequent months.
- Fees to be remitted at school premises within office hours (10.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m).
- Fees can be paid online by Debit Card, Credit Card, internet Banking.
- Non-payment of Fees for 2 consecutive months may lead to the removal of the name of the child from the School Register.
- The fee card should be produced at the time of payment off school fees.
- Re-admission of a student will be purely on the discretion of the management and subject to the payment of Session fee and all dues with fines.
- Fees should be paid up to date before examinations.
- No deduction is made for absence of children during the holidays or for broken periods.
- Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuing a Duplicate Fees card if the book is lost/damaged.
- A month’s notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from the School or a month’s fees should be paid in lieu of such notice.
- Fees for the holiday months and long vacations (Summer, Winter, Durga Puja, etc.) must be paid before the School closes for the holidays.
- Bank charges for dishonored cheques will have to be borne by the concerned parents along with the fine.
- Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
- The Fees Slip must be filled in by the parents clearly giving the Name, Class, Section & Roll No. of the Child.
- Cheque payment towards fee for the current month after due date is not accepted.
- The Governing body of the School reserves the right to change the fees structure without any prior notice.
- Teacher's Day, Children Day, Saraswati Puja subscription will be charged for the months of September, November and February.
- Examination Fees will be charged for the month of June, September, November and February.
- The academic year of the school will be from April to March.
