  1. The school fee must be paid on or before 15th of each month in advance.
  2. Defaulters will be charged Late Fine of Rs. 20/- month and Rs. 10/- for every subsequent months.
  3. Fees to be remitted at school premises within office hours (10.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m).
  4. Fees can be paid online by Debit Card, Credit Card, internet Banking. 
  5. Non-payment of Fees for 2 consecutive months may lead to the removal of the name of the child from the School Register.
  6. The fee card should be produced at the time of payment off school fees.
  7. Re-admission of a student will be purely on the discretion of the management and subject to the payment of Session fee and all dues with fines.
  8. Fees should be paid up to date before examinations.
  9. No deduction is made for absence of children during the holidays or for broken periods.
  10. Rs. 50/- will be charged for issuing a Duplicate Fees card if the book is lost/damaged.
  11. A month’s notice must be given before a child is withdrawn from the School or a month’s fees should be paid in lieu of such notice.
  12. Fees for the holiday months and long vacations (Summer, Winter, Durga Puja, etc.) must be paid before the School closes for the holidays.
  13. Bank charges for dishonored cheques will have to be borne by the concerned parents along with the fine.
  14. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  15. The Fees Slip must be filled in by the parents clearly giving the Name, Class, Section & Roll No. of the Child.
  16. Cheque payment towards fee for the current month after due date is not accepted.
  17. The Governing body of the School reserves the right to change the fees structure without any prior notice.
  18. Teacher's Day, Children Day, Saraswati Puja subscription will be charged for the months of September, November and February.
  19. Examination Fees will be charged for the month of June, September, November and February.
  20. The academic year of the school will be from April to March.
